Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed, packed, stitched, or dispatched.

Ready-to-Ship Orders

Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery orders may be cancelled before confirmation or before dispatch.

Paid Orders

Paid orders may be cancelled within 12 hours if the order has not been processed.

Stitched or Custom Orders

Custom-stitched, made-to-order, altered, or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
