How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Select your article, choose available options, add it to cart, and complete checkout.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation through email, SMS, or WhatsApp after placing your order.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected cities within Pakistan. For high-value orders, advance payment may be required.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within Pakistan usually takes 3–7 working days after order confirmation. Stitched or custom orders require additional time.

Do you offer stitching?

Stitching may be available for selected unstitched articles. Please check the product page or contact our team for details.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes can only be made before the order is processed, packed, stitched, or dispatched.

Can I exchange my order?

Eligible items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

Are sale items exchangeable?

Sale, discounted, promotional, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange unless defective.

What if I receive a wrong or defective item?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue and your order number.

Why does the color look slightly different?

Product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or fabric texture.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available on request. Charges, duties, and customs taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
