Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you receive from Shabab. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within the eligible time period so we can assist you.
Exchange Eligibility
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:
The item is unused and unwashed
All tags and labels are intact
The original packaging is available
The invoice or order confirmation is provided
The item has not been altered, stitched, damaged, scented, stained, or worn
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
Sale or discounted items
Custom-stitched outfits
Made-to-order pieces
Altered or used items
Items without tags or original packaging
Dupattas, shawls, or accessories unless defective
Items damaged due to washing, ironing, mishandling, or incorrect care
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photos or videos of the issue
Packaging photos
Full name and contact number
After review, we will guide you about replacement, exchange, or store credit depending on the case.
Color & Fabric Variation
Please note that slight color variation may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or fabric texture. Such variations are not considered defects.
Handwork, embroidery, chikankari, lace, motifs, and embellishments may have minor variations due to the handmade nature of the product.
Courier Charges
If the exchange is due to customer preference, size issue, or change of mind, the customer will bear courier charges.
If the issue is due to a verified wrong or defective item, Shabab will guide you regarding return pickup or courier reimbursement.
Refunds
Shabab generally follows a no cash refund policy. Eligible cases may be resolved through exchange, replacement, or store credit.
Refunds, if approved in exceptional cases, will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.
